  • Won the Daryl Cox Apprentice Award, 2004 IACC Copper Skillet Award – competed in both Australia and US
  • Won Silver in Melbourne Culinary Challenge Team Competition and Gold in Yarra Valley & Ranges Salon Culinaire, Brigade of the Year

Rhonda Pomfret

  • Cooking for 20 years
  • Worked at variety of restaurants and cafés

Estelle Kenny

  • Cooking for 28 years
  • Worked at RACV Club’s in both Melbourne and Healesville, also at Leonda Restaurant and Kyarra Retreat
  • Won Silver in Melbourne Culinary Challenge Team Competition and Gold in Yarra Valley & Ranges Salon Culinaire, Brigade of the Year.

Simone Quinn

  • Cooking for 26 years
  • Worked as Head Chef Stephanie's Restaurant Melbourne, Chef de Partie, Lynch's Restaurant Melbourne, guest chef at the Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumper, Malaysia and the Excelsior Hotel, Hong Kong
  • Recipe Testing Chef for the book 'Stephanie's Australia' by Stephanie Alexander.

Hayley Jones

  • Completed Apprenticeship at The Country Place in 2007. Has won employee of the year twice in 2004 and 2007
  • Won Gold in Victorian Culinary Challenge in both 2006 and 2007
  • IACC Chairman's Award for Excellence. 2007 won Swinburne Tafe, Apprentice of the Year
