Just 15 minutes from Flowerdale Estate, on the way to Broadford, is the very beautiful Lavender Hill Farm. An ideal local attraction to visit.
The choice in the year 2000, by owners Pauline Ellis and Trish Meadows, to plant lavender on what had previously been a sheep farm, was made on both a commercial and lifestyle basis. Today, Lavender Hill Farm is a significant tourist attraction in the region. Here are some of the features of the property:
