Farm Stays at the Historic Flowerdale Estate
Enjoy the delights of our alpaca stud farm. Feed the alpacas and learn about their curious personalities. Stay in luxurious self contained farmstay suites with, king size beds, ensuite, air conditioning, television and french doors opening out onto beautiful garden areas. Other attractive features include the sweeping lawns and gardens, excellent fishing, tennis, heated pool, gymnasium and sauna. And of course, the most adorable of farm animals, the alpaca, will make your farm visit a most rewarding experience.
The weekend usually begins after lunch on a Saturday. You may choose to arrive earlier and bring a picnic lunch. Dinner in the historic homestead can usually be arranged and the venue is fully licensed. Breakfast is also included. Participate in rounding up the alpacas, then learn how to fit a halter and walk them.
